First Point Group are currently looking for a wireless telecom Construction Management? Traininer / Instructor. An ideal candidate must have a previous experience in the Wireless Telecom Conctruction Management industry and must be CPR, OSHA and Comtrain Certified.? Candidate who used to work for? AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Mastec, American Towers, Crown Castle, Velex is a plus and bilingual, English and Spanish, is preffered.

ROLE: Trainer / Instructor ( Wireless Telecom Construction)
LOCATIONS: Elgin, IL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following reflects management?s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
Consults with the Training Manager and compiles content for regional/segment areas, crews, and construction teams.
Instructs courses in theory and practice on location that are specific for needs of group.
Scheduled and coordinated training sessions.
Provides structured information feedback to management on product issues and needs.
Trains crews to meet standards set by the industry.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years experience minimum Previous experience as a technical trainer for Tower Crews.
Experience working with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Mastec, American Towers, Crown Castle, Velex.
Technology and Frequency Focus with knowledge of programing and configuring industry equipment.
CPR, OSHA and Comtrain Certified Knowledge of the Spanish language a plus.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
Acute attention to detail.
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Sit and stand for prolonged periods.
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.
Present presentations, demonstrate hands-on examples, and assess training participants.
Travel a limited amount (if required) Candidate must possess all season work wear Lift 50-75 lbs.
Climb a maximum of 100′ at least twice a week Work indoors or outdoors
