FPG is looking for a HR Manager with global experience who can provide support to a newly integrated business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the telecoms industry offering a fully remote position based in the UK or Ireland. To be successful you must have global experience supporting employees in different countries, proven experience working in a startup environment, and dealing with ambiguity / no structure.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries.
• Gather and organise HR data, projects, and program information for reporting to the HR Director as needed.
• Maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Offer guidance to the business and escalate issues to the HR Director when necessary, following established approval protocols.
• Collaborate with business units to support recruitment activities.
• Assist in driving organizational restructuring efforts.
• Aid in crafting job descriptions and conducting global compensation benchmarking.
• Provide managerial guidance and coaching on various workplace matters including performance management, challenging conversations, employee relations, and employee development, in consultation with the HR Director.
• Contribute to the enhancement of HR policies, best practices, processes, and tools in collaboration with the Group and Portfolio HR community.
• Collaborate with the HR Director on miscellaneous projects as needed.

Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources generalist role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in achieving strategic HR objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Proven track record in overseeing HR core processes including talent management, succession planning, and employee relations.
• Capable of making well-founded business decisions and offering evidence-based recommendations to senior management.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, human resources management, or a related field is mandatory.
