FPG seeks an ORAN Solutions Manager to take charge of customer relationships to promote my client's Radio Access Networks solutions and services. This role entails driving the end-to-end technical sales cycle and engaging customers with a focus on both hardware and software components.

Responsibilities:
Lead the technical sales process, crafting sophisticated solutions tailored to customer needs.
Consult with customers on intricate networking solutions.
Collaborate with Account Managers to initiate proactive customer engagements.
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities throughout the sales process.
Take the lead on crafting responses to requests for information, proposals, and quotes, ensuring efficient and effective ORAN solutions.
Manage temporary teams of support personnel based at headquarters.
Provide comprehensive product line specifications and maintain deep technical knowledge of the RAN portfolio and associated technologies.

Requirements:
Maintain a solid understanding of customer market dynamics and regulatory landscapes, along with technical trends in the industry.
Stay abreast of developments in the ORAN ecosystem and offer tailored solutions to customer challenges, drawing from a diverse product portfolio and partner contributions.
Demonstrated experience in successful consultative presales activities, including engagement with operators and technical discussions.
Ability to convey technical knowledge effectively to both internal and external audiences, including senior management, and influence them towards preferred solutions.
Hold an Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Telecoms, or related fields (equivalent industrial experience may be considered).
Proven experience in leading virtual teams for solution definition and executing technical sales processes, supported by strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
Maintain detailed knowledge of Mobile Communications Networks, with a particular focus on Radio Access.
