Placement of the week: Project Manager

In this week’s placement of the week, Suzy Su and Abby Huang from First Point Group’s Shenzhen office successfully placed a Project Manager into a large telecommunications corporation in china. This Project Manager role was opened up as they needed someone to join and take the lead with projects.

First Point Group have built a great relationship with this client by placing multiple candidates across various roles prior to this placement. Finding the right individual with the desired experience while communicating with the hiring team and potential candidates was our priority throughout this process. The client was impressed with the determination we showed whilst finding candidates matching the high-level tech experience needed for the position. One of the challenges Suzy and Abby came across was the amount of counter offers their candidate received, therefore keeping them actively engaged in the process was a key element.
