Our client is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Network Administration L3 Engineer. As part of our dynamic IT Operations and Support team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the planning and execution of comprehensive deployment plans, including work scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Foster collaboration across project teams to ensure alignment in deployment-related activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison with customer technical representatives, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Offer insightful recommendations to clients regarding the deployment of new features.
  • Manage requests efficiently through ITSM tools, implementing changes, and conducting thorough testing before handing them over to customers.
  • Tackle network deployment issues with precision and troubleshoot critical incidents and problem tickets.
  • Proactively identify potential failures and devise effective solutions.
  • Take charge of capacity management, forecasting, and making strategic recommendations.


Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of experience as an L3 Network Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience in network operational support/management roles for 8+ years.
  • Proficiency in SD WAN, LAN segmentation, Cisco switches, routers, wireless access points, and controllers, along with expertise in firewalls, load balancers, and bandwidth optimizers.
  • Strong grasp of LAN/WAN design, protocols, and routing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to 24x7 shift work.
  • Thorough understanding of procedures, applications, and concepts within the network administration realm.
