First Point Group has partnered with a leading IT company very well known in the Middle East to support them in finding an experienced Sales Manager - Logistics.
This is a permanent, onsite position and will be based in their Riyadh office.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new leads, generating opportunities for IT solutions across the Middle East.
- Manage the entire sales life cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the logistics of complex IT sales, working closely with internal teams (warehousing, logistics) and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries across the Middle East.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performing and results-oriented sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and competitor landscape.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations to analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Deep understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies in the Middle East region.
- Strong background in warehousing and logistics, ideally with experience selling IT solutions that require complex logistics management. (e.g., data center equipment, servers)
- Skilled negotiator with a proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (highly desirable)
