Responsibilities:
• Perform Acceptance of Nokia Node: mcBSC, mcRNC, Cloud NCIR, SRAN BTS
• Maintain Base station Controller mcBSC, mcRNC, ASBSC, ASRNC, Cloud NCIR, OMS
• Conduct software upgrades on mcBSC, mcRNC, ASBSC, ASRNC, SRAN BTS, Cloud NCIR
• Implement LTE and SRAN technologies.
• Oversee the maintenance of Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G, and SRAN Nodes
• Operate Nokia Megaton and Megaplexes
• Execute Configuration Management changes using MML command line and XMLs for 2G, 3G, and 4G networks.
• Facilitate site rehoming from one controller to another.
• Provide technical consultation and support for customer's network performance.
• Maintain network KPIs based on contractual agreements.
• Open and resolve Nokia technical tickets on the Nokia Support platform.
• Generate reports related to preventive and corrective maintenance
