Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optimisation Engineer - Radio Network Performance Improvement to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologies, coupled with extensive experience in radio network performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze network KPIs and swiftly identify abnormalities to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement improvement plans to address network issues and enhance performance indicators.
Work closely with technical teams to impart knowledge and skills for effective performance optimization.
Utilize rich drive test experience to gather data and make informed optimization decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and implement optimization solutions based on user complaints and coverage problems.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network performance improvement, preferably with an OEM or leading service provider.
Proficiency in GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologies, with a preference for experience with ZTE systems.
Strong understanding of network parameters and features.
Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ownership mentality and willingness to adapt to the needs of the network and customers.
