Role: Key Account Manager(For Operator)
Location: Issy les Moulineaux, France
Type: Permanent
Salary: 12 months + Yearly End Bonus

Responsibilities:

?Cultivate strong relationships with Tier 1 Operator customer in France.
?Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
?Strategically manage and support existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
?Navigate the competitive landscape, staying informed of market trends and competitor activity.
?Achieve defined sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent strategy and customer experience.
?Report on sales results and forecast future market potential.
?Tactical Account Management: leads and oversees the negotiation of sales agreements according to the customer's buying process towards an optimal ranging and positioning of our products within the customer's channels.
?Makes use of available funds to optimize the effectiveness of provided sales & marketing tools i.e. cooperate campaigns, exclusivities, price positioning, product customization and lifecycle management.

Requirements:
?Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in account management or sales within Smartphone/IT/Telecom experience is mandatory.
?Experience in operators or dealing with operators will be more appreciated.
?Experience engaging with large-complex accounts, selling a broad portfolio of products at C-level.
?Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a business developer mindset.
?English and French speaking skills.
