Human Resource Business Partner

Salary: R50 000 CTC Non-negotiable

Location: Cape Town onsite


Are you ready to shape the employee experience and drive strategic HR initiatives? We're seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing their people strategy, fostering an inclusive environment, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. If you have strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a passion for making an impact, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to execute the people strategy and implement innovative HR initiatives.
  • Coach managers on talent frameworks and related tools to improve performance.
  • Foster a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive culture within the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing professional and timely HR support.
  • Work closely with internal teams to uphold ethical conduct and compliance standards.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disputes, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
  • Facilitate effective communication on all HR matters, both internally and externally.

Education Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Bachelor's degree or HR-related certification.


Work Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR business partner.
  • Knowledge or experience in related fields is advantageous.
  • MUST be willing to work USA/UK Hours
