Human Resource Business Partner
Salary: R50 000 CTC Non-negotiable

In this role, you'll play a key part in executing their people strategy, fostering an inclusive environment, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to execute the people strategy and implement innovative HR initiatives.
- Coach managers on talent frameworks and related tools to improve performance.
- Foster a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive culture within the organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing professional and timely HR support.
- Work closely with internal teams to uphold ethical conduct and compliance standards.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disputes, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
- Facilitate effective communication on all HR matters, both internally and externally.

Education Requirements:
- Matric.
- Bachelor's degree or HR-related certification.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR business partner.
- Knowledge or experience in related fields is advantageous.
- MUST be willing to work USA/UK Hours
