Responsibilities:
• Manage the commissioning, debugging, cutover, and acceptance of fixed network products.
• Conduct skills transfer to technical staff from representative offices and outsourcing partners.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
• Handle escalated faults and technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on fixed network products.
• Analyze network performance and suggest optimization solutions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in commissioning, debugging, and acceptance of fixed network products, preferably with a focus on ZTE GPON technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively train and transfer technical knowledge to others.
• Experience in preventive maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
