Enterprise Sales Manager - KSA National

First Point Group is working with an Ecosystem Enabler that powers the Digital Economy and supports Digital Transformation of Enterprises on a global scale, to support them in their search for an Enterprise Sales Manager to be based in their Johannesburg office.

- Develop regional go-to-market plans to propel annual sales and revenue across Service Provider and Enterprise accounts
- Drive revenue expansion through strategic management of key stakeholders, new business acquisition, existing customer growth, and bundled service offerings
- Proactively expand the sales pipeline for core network services and high-growth managed services.
- Identify and cultivate strategic GTM partnerships to strengthen the Enterprise ecosystem.
- Actively engage with key customers to delve into their strategic goals, assess needs, and understand operational requirements.
- Forge rock-solid stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and levels, including decision-makers, influencers, and executives within key accounts.
- Closely collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams like Technical Solutions, Bids & Commercial, Finance, Products, Service Delivery, and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Continuously monitor ICT trends, regulatory changes, market dynamics, and competitive activities in the region, building actionable market intelligence.

- 5 + years of Sales and Business Development experience within the Telecommunications Industry
- Proven success of onboarding 3+ new logo's per annum
- Experience of selling Managed Services, Security, Cloud, UCC &/or IoT
- Has a proven track record of achieving/overachieving their Sales targets (Minimum of $USD2 Million annually)
- Has excellent connections in Large Enterprises, SMEs, and the Government Sector of the UAE
- Built relationships with local System Integrators and OEMs in the UAE (such as Fortinet, Cisco, Genesys, GBM, Intertec etc.)
- Has worked with Service Providers in the UAE such as Du and Etisalat
- Has managed CXO Level & Senior Executive relationships whilst driving Sales and BD with the Pre-Sales teams
- Masters in MBA or any other specialised fields is desirable
