The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic BSM to join our team and become the bridge between our corporate merchant team and our valued customers. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with our company vision while driving significant sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Be the champion for your assigned brands and categories, owning product solutions, training, and scalable business development for all sub-GTMs.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment of objectives and strategies. You'll act as a valuable source of business intelligence for vendors and negotiate win-win deals.
- Develop and implement efficient returns processes that safeguard the interests of both partners and the company.
- Become a trusted advisor to customers. You'll actively engage with them, understand their needs, propose solutions, and address any issues through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Master the art of inventory and sell-out planning. You'll optimize inventory levels to avoid cash flow blockages and strategically move slow-moving items.
- Navigate the stakeholder landscape effectively, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering collaboration that prioritizes both the organization and customer interests.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and present insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay ahead of the competition by gathering market intelligence and developing effective counter-strategies.
- Work closely with OEMs to provide them with appropriate pricing support, marketing activities, and ensure timely claims fulfillment.
- Manage outstanding sales receivables and proactively address any overdue invoices.

Requirement:
- A seasoned sales professional with 6+ years of experience
- Proven track record of success working with Huawei and their Service Storage Solutions within the KSA market (2-3 years minimum).
- At least 2 years of experience operating within the KSA market.
- A natural relationship builder with a strong network across various sectors in the Kingdom.
- Willingness to travel across KSA as required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Arabic language fluency is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Possess a valid Transferable Iqama.
