We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our client's global operations team. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll support our client's diverse customer base by addressing technical and account issues and handling general inquiries through phone and web-based platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Meet or exceed customer support KPIs and SLAs.
- Document all work thoroughly using relevant systems and software.
- Troubleshoot network, portal, and account issues.
- Prioritize first contact resolution and manage customer communication until resolution.
- Identify opportunities for customers to optimize their services.
- Think creatively to achieve the best outcomes for our client's customers.
- Manage requests from vendors, suppliers, and other business units.
- Provide accurate and detailed information on unresolved incidents.
What We're Looking For:
- CCNA/JNCIA certification with experience in network incident resolution or network infrastructure.
- Passion for innovation and technology.
- Strong understanding of fundamental networking and software concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously within a globally dispersed team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Confidence in communicating, troubleshooting, and escalating complex technical problems.
- Solution-focused mindset with a keen interest in process improvement.
