One of the founding Directors of First Point Group, David has 13 years recruitment experience working within the Telecommunication’s recruitment industry.

David has overseen the expansion of FPG to a global business with a $88 million turnover and successfully supplied recruitment services to over 170 countries.

As Managing Director, David oversees FPGs global sales teams and spearheads the Groups sales and marketing strategies, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

David previously was General Manager of a £250M hotel consultancy company- delivering hotel services to over 60 countries.

David has also sat as Non-Executive Director on other recruitment company boards and is a Director of the Fieldsave Charity in the UK.
