Position: Work Package Manager – Technical Operations

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)- office based

Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are supporting a well established offshore wind operator in their search for a technically minded Work Package Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the ongoing technical operations of a large scale offshore wind farm, covering key workstreams including wind turbines, electrical systems and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities across various technical components of the wind farm.


• Manage root cause analyses and retrofit processes.


• Plan and coordinate recurring inspections, including offshore deployment of specialist personnel.


• Ensure HSE and environmental compliance across all technical documentation and project phases.


• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage project interfaces.


• Support the evaluation and optimisation of wind farm assets through continuous improvement initiatives, design reviews, and lifespan assessments.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT or similar.


• At least 3 years’ experience in technical project management or maintenance within the wind sector or a related industry.


• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong interdisciplinary understanding.


• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach.


• Fluent in both German and English.
