Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for systems integration, business process design, and client success? We're looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Integration Specialist to join a dynamic team delivering smart, data-driven solutions to top-tier clients across industries.


As a WFM Integration Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in delivering seamless end-to-end workforce management system implementations—from blueprint and system configuration to integration, training, and post-implementation support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Configure WFM solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Analyse business requirements and guide clients on best practices
  • Create and maintain technical and functional design documents
  • Integrate systems with third-party platforms (e.g., payroll, HR, ERP)
  • Conduct user training for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve complex service requests
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers on solution demos and project delivery
  • Stay current on UKG systems, cloud integrations, and WFM trends


Must-Have Experience

  • 5–10 years in system integration and networking
  • Experience with enterprise software applications (especially in web-based environments)
  • Strong skills in SQL, Microsoft OS, and system configuration
  • Ability to design functional and technical solutions and deliver them end-to-end
  • Solid experience with incident management and troubleshooting


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with UKG, Dell Boomi, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Background in time and labour management systems
  • SQL reporting/integration services, Java scripting, and BI tools
  • Experience in 3-tier architectures and database admin (SQL/Oracle)


Key Skills

  • Excellent client engagement and relationship management
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask
  • Windows server expertise and advanced SQL skills
  • Comfortable with mobile and cloud technologies
  • Experience in workforce, payroll, or HRIS integration highly beneficial

Requirements

  • Tertiary IT qualification (certificate/diploma/degree preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed
