Warehouse Manager, Data Centre Business Unit

Veenendaal, Netherlands | Permanent | €85,000 + travel expenses

I'm partnered with a global networking and connectivity technology manufacturer whose data centre business is growing rapidly. Their Veenendaal distribution centre has reached the point where the data centre product line needs its own dedicated Warehouse Manager, a newly created role with clear ownership of a high-growth business unit.

What you'll own:

• Full warehouse and distribution operations for the data centre segment: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control


• Leading, coaching and developing warehouse supervisors and associates


• Inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and reconciliation


• Capacity planning and growth initiatives as data centre volumes scale


• KPIs across on-time shipment, productivity, safety, cost per shipment and order accuracy


• Coordination with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and customer service, plus external carriers

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution or logistics management


• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP ideal)


• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Experience in telecoms, electronics manufacturing or high-volume distribution is a plus, as is multi-shift management
