My client is a global digital product design studio that creates captivating user experiences for South African and international tech companies. For over 13 years, they’ve led design innovation across industries including InsurTech, PropTech, FinTech, Crypto, and EduTech.
They’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience to join their tight-knit, supportive team. You’ll work closely with UX researchers, project managers, and developers to design elegant solutions to complex problems. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to make an impact through your design work, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define user, business, and product goals with clients
Create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Present mockups and prototypes to stakeholders and internal teams
Design original UI elements like illustrations, images, and tables
Troubleshoot UX issues and iterate based on user feedback
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards
Prepare final design assets for developer handoff
What You’ll Need
A relevant tertiary qualification
5+ years of UX/UI design experience
Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail with a strategic mindset
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Mastery of Figma or similar design tools
A strong portfolio showcasing web, desktop, or mobile design work
