UI/UX Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX & User Journey Expert)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings both vision and execution to digital product design. You’ll lead end-to-end design efforts, shape seamless user journeys, and craft intuitive UI across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full product design lifecycle — from research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI.


• Transform complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions.


• Create seamless, engaging user journeys and consistent experiences across digital platforms.


• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.


• Champion UX best practices and maintain design system consistency across products.


• Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing design systems and user flows.


• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.


• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.


• Experience in agile environments and a track record of delivering production-ready designs.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to justify design decisions with user-centered thinking.


• Bonus: Background in psychology, HCI, or experience in fast-growth startups or product teams.

Contract & Location:

• Contract: 1 year with possible extensions


• Location: Dubai
