Transactions Manager:  Renewable Energy | Bucharest, Romania

Are you ready to be at the forefront of Europe’s transition to renewable energy? We are supporting a leading international renewable energy developer in their search for a Transactions Manager to join their Bucharest based team.

In this role, you will work alongside an experienced team that is driving the development, construction, and operation of utility scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects. As Transactions Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of project sales and acquisitions across Romania and other European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and external project management processes during transaction execution phases.


• Collaborate across multi disciplinary teams and with external stakeholders, including investors and advisors.


• Gain and apply in depth understanding of project development, procurement, and construction of renewable energy assets.


• Travel across Europe as needed, engaging with senior decision makers and project stakeholders.


• Manage complex transactions in a fast paced, deal driven environment.

What the client is looking for:

• Proven experience in transaction management, M&A, investment banking, or project finance; ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors.


• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate multi-functional environments confidently and respectfully.


• A highly organised, proactive, and solutions oriented individual with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
