About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative TikTok Content & Growth Manager to build and scale the TikTok presence of a fast-growing active lifestyle and sports apparel brand.
This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and growth.
You will create and shape a TikTok presence that captures real moments from sports, training, and everyday active living—turning them into content that feels authentic, entertaining, and native to the platform.
The ideal candidate understands how content travels on TikTok, knows how to spot emerging trends early, and has a strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities
Lead TikTok Content Strategy
- Own the overall TikTok content strategy and channel growth
- Define and evolve the brand’s content voice and creative direction on TikTok
- Develop a consistent stream of TikTok-native content formats
- Turn product features into engaging lifestyle-driven stories
Create Content That Drives Reach
- Identify cultural moments, trends, and storytelling hooks that drive engagement
- Develop content concepts designed for organic reach and shareability
- Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and creative angles
- Continuously test hooks, pacing, and formats to improve performance
Build an Engaged Community
- Foster authentic interaction through comments, conversations, and community engagement
- Encourage and amplify user-generated content (UGC)
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with creators and influencers
- Help shape a brand presence people genuinely want to follow
Launch Creative Campaigns
- Concept and execute TikTok-first campaigns, challenges, and social activations
- Develop ideas that invite participation and community involvement
- Work with creators or internal teams to bring campaign ideas to life
Optimize for Growth
- Analyze performance metrics and identify patterns behind successful content
- Turn insights into repeatable content playbooks
- Continuously refine strategy based on platform changes and audience behavior
- Ensure a seamless social-to-site experience, turning organic engagement into actionable growth metrics
- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to convert engagement into website traffic and sales
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, short-form video, or digital content
- Strong hands-on experience managing TikTok accounts
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and storytelling formats
- Demonstrated ability to create high-performing or viral TikTok content
- Strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for what works on social
- Experience working with consumer brands, lifestyle brands, or apparel brands is preferred
- Passion for sports, fitness, or active lifestyle culture
Successful in This Role Will Be Measured By
- Growth of TikTok account reach and visibility, including consistent increases in views and overall impressions
- Follower growth and community engagement, including comments, shares, and interactions
- Share rate and viral content performance, measured by the number of high-performing or widely shared videos
- Growth of the brand’s private community or membership base driven through TikTok engagement
- Traffic driven from TikTok to the brand’s website, measured through attributed visits and click-throughs
- Contribution to ecommerce performance, including TikTok-attributed site traffic and product sales
