Technical Support Engineer

What You Will Be Doing:
1.End-to-End Technical Support:
Provide guidance for product installation and system commissioning.
Deliver maintenance support, independently or collaboratively resolving complex technical issues..
Offer troubleshooting and repair services for product failures.
Conduct regular product demonstrations and technical training sessions.
2.Collaborate with headquarters on market research and provide product improvement suggestions based on market
insights.
What Experience We're Looking For:
1.Relevant qualifications in Electrical & HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), with at least 2 years oftechnical support experience.
2. Familiarity with competitor products and industry peers is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills in both English and German,capable of working effectively in a bilingual environment.
4. Ability to respond promptly and adapt to communication across different time zones.
