Role Overview



The position involves driving solution sales, pre-sales architecture, and enablement activities for enterprise-grade systems across corporate and government clients. The role requires expertise in advanced server platforms, operating systems, and integration with modern workloads such as big data, AI, and containerized environments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead pre-sales engagements and position solutions for enterprise server platforms.

  • Design and size workloads including big data, ERP systems, databases, container platforms, and AI/ML workloads.

  • Conduct technical presentations, proof-of-concepts, and benchmark testing to showcase platform advantages.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to develop solution proposals and architectures.

  • Support RFPs, bids, and proposals by preparing detailed bills of quantity, sizing, and architecture diagrams.

  • Advise clients on performance tuning, virtualization, and high-availability configurations.

  • Align offerings with AI infrastructure strategies and hybrid cloud solutions.

  • Deliver technical enablement and training sessions to clients and internal teams.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure pre-sales or solution architecture roles.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise server platforms, operating systems, and virtualization technologies.

  • Relevant certifications in server technologies or Linux administration are preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.



Preferred Attributes




  • Experience with enterprise clients in the Middle East region.

  • Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
