Technical Parts Coordinator / Specialist (Genset Systems)

My Client is a specialist engineering organization delivering mission-critical power and infrastructure solutions for data centers and large-scale industrial facilities across Asia. their expertise covers backup power systems, electrical distribution, and high-availability infrastructure design and commissioning. they are expanding their Singaporean team to support growing regional projects in critical environments.

About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Parts Coordinator to support critical data center and power generation operations.

This is not a pure admin role — it requires strong technical understanding of engine systems, gensets, and industrial components.

You will ensure critical spare parts availability for mission-critical uptime environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or similar)
• Handle inventory planning (reorder levels, safety stock, forecasting)
• Coordinate procurement with OEMs and global suppliers
• Interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and exploded diagrams
• Support field engineers with correct spare parts identification
• Maintain critical spares for SLA-driven environments

Required Experience

• Experience in supply chain / inventory / parts coordination
• Strong understanding of diesel engines or genset systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and parts manuals
• ERP system experience (SAP / Oracle preferred)

Language Requirement

• English + Mandarin Chinese (MANDATORY)
