About the Role



We’re looking for a System Integrator Sales Manager to lead and grow our partnerships with system integrators (SIs). You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, building joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring long-term collaboration. Experience in public sector sales is a strong plus, as you’ll work closely with government agencies and navigate complex procurement processes.



 



Strategic Partnership Development




  • Identify, recruit, and manage system integrator (SI) partners to drive growth.

  • Develop strategic SI relationships, ensuring alignment and commercial support.

  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements.

  • Build long-term collaboration with SIs and support their success.

  • Engage with government entities to identify opportunities via SI channels.



 



Sales & Revenue Growth




  • Drive sales and meet revenue and market expansion targets.

  • Co-develop go-to-market strategies with SIs.

  • Support partners in client meetings, solution positioning, and proposals.

  • Leverage public sector experience to win government contracts.



 



Solution Selling & Enablement




  • Ensure SIs understand product value and differentiation.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions.

  • Address technical and commercial challenges throughout the sales cycle.



Qualifications & Skills



Education




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.



Experience




  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or channel management.

  • Proven experience working with system integrators and managing customer relationships.

  • Solid understanding of SI business models.

  • Preferred: Experience in public sector sales and/or private security devices companies



Core Skills




  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Skilled in developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.



Technical Knowledge




  • Familiarity with telecom, IT infrastructure, security, or software solutions.



Languages




  • Native Spanish; English (Intermediate)



Availability




  • Willing to travel within the region as needed.
