We are looking for a Principal System Test Engineer to lead validation and testing of advanced RF and Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems across complex hardware and software environments.

This is a hands-on role focused on system integration, performance validation, and troubleshooting of mission-critical communication platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Translate system requirements into test plans and validation strategies


• Execute end-to-end system testing in lab and field environments


• Analyze and optimize RF and SDR system performance


• Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, and network layers


• Design and build test setups, tools, and automation frameworks


• Perform environmental and compliance testing (EMI/EMC, temperature, vibration, etc.)


• Collaborate closely with system architects, RF, hardware, and software teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years in system testing, RF validation, or SDR environments


• Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals and communication systems


• Hands-on with lab equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, channel emulator)


• Experience in SDR, wireless systems, or embedded platforms


• Solid experience in HW/SW integration and troubleshooting


• Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or C/C++


• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across complex systems
