What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide hands-on support for business-critical, custom-built applications
- Take full ownership of customer-reported issues — from diagnosis to resolution
- Perform preventative maintenance and proactive system monitoring
- Participate in deployments of new services and support software rollout
- Mentor and train junior support engineers
- Monitor system health, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
- Participate in standby support and incident escalation
- Deliver timely and accurate reports and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients in a professional manner
- Work occasional extended hours for deployments, support, and international calls
Your Skillset
- Strong PL/SQL knowledge
- Linux proficiency is essential
- Bash scripting experience a plus
- Oracle APEX familiarity is beneficial
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and system monitoring
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate across all levels — from engineers to executives
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Comfortable working under pressure and across time zones
