Position: Supply Chain Supervisor

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Offering over 200 styles in 60+ colors, it prioritizes inclusivity with sizes 0-30 and custom-measurement options. All garments are made-to-order, combining sustainability with personalization. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing resources of contract manufacturing factories and suppliers.
2. Accountable for the on-time delivery and quality of production orders.
3. Organize the establishment and improvement of supply chain process management systems, providing guidance to subcontracting factories throughout material ordering, production, and delivery processes.
4. Lead supplier negotiations, conduct competitive analysis of procurement costs, perform industry cost research, and develop cost reduction and control strategies.
5. Manage and develop the production order tracking team.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. College diploma or above, proficient in written and spoken Chinese or English
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the garment industry, with expertise in production management, external order follow-up, or factory development.
3. Established connections with local garment factory resources in Cambodia.
4. Familiar with garment production processes, computer operations, and ERP systems.
5. Strong professional ethics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and result-oriented mindset.
