Supply Chain Manager - Dubai                        

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a fast-growing technology distributor headquartered in Dubai. This role oversees procurement, logistics, warehousing (3PL), supplier management, and inventory planning across multiple regions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional with strong UAE market exposure who thrives in fast-paced, multi-country distribution environments and is passionate about building efficient, scalable supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.


• Oversee multi-region warehousing operations managed through 3PL providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


• Lead inventory planning and optimisation, reducing stockouts and minimizing excess stock.


• Manage the full lifecycle of logistics and distribution, ensuring timely delivery across regional markets.


• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.


• Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain and logistics team.


• Drive procurement planning, ensuring cost-effective sourcing within quality standards.


• Analyse and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.


• Monitor core KPIs such as inventory turnover, logistics cost, and supplier performance.


• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and alignment across finance, sales, operations, and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master's preferred).


• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management within technology distribution, ICT, or similar industries.


• Must have proven background in UAE-based logistics, procurement, and warehousing operations


• Strong experience working with 3PL providers, regional distribution models, and multi-country supply chains.


• Demonstrated success in team leadership, supplier negotiation, and operational excellence.


• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to optimise complex supply chain workflows.


• Familiarity with UAE import/export regulations is an advantage.


• Candidates currently based in the UAE or with past UAE experience will be prioritised.
