We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Planning Manager to help shape the future of a fast-growing Data Center business across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. This is a high-impact regional role offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation, and operational excellence in one of the world's most dynamic industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute regional growth strategies and long-term business plans. 


• Lead strategic planning, annual operating plans, and business performance reviews. 


• Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging industry trends to support business decisions. 


• Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, profitability, and customer experience. 


• Manage high-priority cross-functional projects, transformation programs, and strategic partnerships. 


• Deliver data-driven insights, financial analysis, and executive-level recommendations that influence key decisions. 


• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Digital teams to enhance reporting, dashboards, and business visibility.


• Support commercial excellence and bid management for large, complex opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 10-12 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Operational Excellence, Consulting, or a related field. 


• Strong experience in technology, infrastructure, engineering, data centers, power electronics, or similar industries


• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 


• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a regional environment. 


• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
