Compensation
Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + Equity

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Strategic Alliances Manager to develop and expand relationships with key technology partners across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and strategic platform partners, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, partner enablement programs, and long-term alliance strategy. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment across sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and partner organizations to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Lifecycle Management
- Design and optimize the end-to-end partner onboarding experience.
- Develop partner training and certification programs that accelerate partner productivity and revenue generation.
- Identify underperforming or inactive partners and execute engagement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure partners have the tools, resources, and content necessary to effectively position solutions and generate demand.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
Strategic Program Development
- Help design and evolve a tiered partner program with clear performance criteria and growth paths.
- Define partner attainment metrics, including technical certifications, co-sell achievements, and business outcomes.
- Evaluate partner investments and marketing development funds (MDF) to maximize pipeline creation and revenue impact.
- Recommend program improvements based on data, performance trends, and market opportunities.
Business Insights & Executive Reporting
- Develop partner scorecards and performance dashboards to measure alliance success.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze pipeline performance, revenue influence, partner-generated opportunities, and business outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally by identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on partner performance, pipeline velocity, and business metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in partner alliances, channel management, business development, strategic partnerships, sales operations, or go-to-market leadership.
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, AI, machine learning, data center, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven success building and managing strategic partner relationships that drive measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of co-sell models, channel ecosystems, and complex multi-party sales cycles.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, customer success, and operations.
- Demonstrated experience using data and business metrics to support strategic decisions and program development.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating business cases, performance analyses, and partner growth strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud service providers, AI infrastructure vendors, semiconductor companies, hyperscalers, or related technology ecosystems.
- Background in strategic alliances within high-growth technology organizations.
- Familiarity with partner programs, certifications, MDF management, pipeline reporting, and executive business reviews.
