We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our mobile phone retail store. You will oversee sales performance, team leadership, customer experience, and daily operations, ensuring the store becomes a benchmark for brand image and service excellence.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Analyze sales performance and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Recruit, train, and manage store staff; build a motivated, high-performance team.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations professionally.

  • Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and asset management.

  • Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with logistics teams.

  • Execute national/regional marketing campaigns and local traffic-driving activities.





Requirements




  • Proven retail management experience, ideally in a mobile/consumer electronics store.

  • Strong leadership, sales management, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive team performance.

  • Familiarity with premium brand retail standards is a strong advantage.

  • English advance level is required
