  • The business focuses on AI, Digital Twin, Cloud, and Smart City solutions, with strong exposure to high-value (multi-million USD) projects in the UAE markets.



Responsibilities




  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagement from customer needs analysis to solution design, demo, and proposal delivery.

  • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive project conversion

  • Design integrated solutions across AI, Digital Twin, Cloud, IoT, and Smart City domains.

  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos to government and enterprise clients.

  • Develop commercial proposals, pricing models, and bidding documentation.

  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to build competitive and scalable solutions.

  • Support bidding, negotiation, and contract closure processes.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapests



 



Requirement




  • Strong experience in solution selling / pre-sales / solution management.

  • Proven track record in large-scale projects (≥3M USD), ideally in government or enterprise sectors.

  • Solid knowledge of AI / Digital Twin / Cloud / IoT / Smart City solutions

  • Ability to independently handle solution design, client engagement, and technical presentations

  • Familiarity with bidding/tendering processes and complex deal cycles

  • Strong business acumen and customer-facing capability

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to work in cross-cultural environment



Nice to have




  • Background from leading tech players (e.g. ICT vendors, cloud providers, or smart city solution companies)

  • Experience as a project decision influencer or owner in >3M USD
