Solution Sales Manager

FPG is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing software development company to support their strategic hiring initiatives by hiring a commercially driven and tech-savvy Solutions Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the UAE and GCC.
This role focuses on driving growth through strategic partner engagement and direct customer acquisition, selling advanced technology solutions such as asset tracking, IoT, and real-time location systems (RTLS). The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative sales approach, a passion for innovative enterprise technologies, and the ability to communicate value to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and develop relationships with key partners and enterprise clients across the GCC
- Drive consultative solution selling, focusing on business outcomes tied to asset intelligence and digital visibility
- Lead partner engagement initiatives and co-sell with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with support from pre-sales and technical teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
- Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner referrals
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM tools
- Represent the business at regional events, conferences, and trade shows to build awareness and generate leads
- Feed market insights and client feedback into product, marketing, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise solution sales or technical solution deployment in the Middle East
- Successfully sold different Location Based Technologies technologies such as RTLS, BLE, UWB, RFID, or Wi-Fi-based tracking systems across the Middle East
- Sales experience in IoT, enterprise software, or asset management is strongly preferred
- Proficient in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and influence C-Level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to thrive in a start-up or fast-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Valid UAE driving license and flexibility to travel regionally as required
