?? What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive product performance and cost improvements across RF-based solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: mechanical, PCB design, reliability, manufacturing, and testing.


• Lead mid-complexity projects from prototype to verification.


• Create and present high-quality technical documentation and reports.


• Maintain and release product documentation (schematics, BOMs, specs).


• Characterize RF components like amplifiers, filters, splitters, and magnetics.


• Perform lab measurements using spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and more.

?? What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.


• 3–5+ years of experience in RF hardware engineering.


• Solid understanding of RF design principles.


• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.


• Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.


• Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel.

• Master’s degree in a related field.


• Advanced lab experience with RF testing equipment.
