The Role



Are you a TikTok native who dreams in Instagram Reels? Do you geek out over engagement rates and audience insights?We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand across all social channels, helping to build our community, tell our story, and drive real business results. This is a hands-on role perfect for a content creator and strategist who is ready to make a big impact.



 



Key Responsibilities




  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, stories, street interview, Reels, TikTok) that aligns with our brand voice and content strategy.

  • Community Management: Serve as the first point of contact for our online community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner to foster positive relationships.

  • Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing monthly social media calendars across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Native Insights, and Sprout Social. Provide weekly reports and data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience preferences. Propose and test new ideas to keep our brand relevant and ahead of the curve.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and leverage user-generated content.



 



Qualifications & Skills



Required:




  • 2+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand or agency.

  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create engaging content and grow an audience.

  • Deep, native understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Proficiency with other major platforms (Facebook, Pinterest?Twitter/X, LinkedIn).

  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva) and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.

  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Required:



Comfortable and confident being on camera and acting as the public face of the brand.



Natural and engaging on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.



Ability to bring authenticity, energy, and personality to video content.
