Site Supervisor

First Point Group is supporting a leading telecom vendor in hiring Site Supervisors for rollout projects in Ivory Coast. This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact deployment program with strong potential for extension.

Role Overview

You will oversee telecom site activities, ensuring installations are delivered safely, on time, and in line with Ericsson quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site installation (RAN, transmission, fiber, civil works)


• Manage subcontractors and field teams


• Ensure compliance with Ericsson standards and HSE requirements


• Conduct site inspections and readiness checks


• Coordinate with project teams and customer representatives


• Track progress, resolve issues, and meet delivery timelines


• Maintain site reports and documentation

Requirements

• 3–7 years of telecom site supervision experience


• Strong experience in RAN (2G/3G/4G; 5G is a plus)


• Ericsson project experience preferred


• Strong team management and problem-solving skills


• English required; French is a strong advantage


• Willingness to travel across Ivory Coast
