Are you an experienced facilities professional with a background in mission-critical environments? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a global data centre operator, managing the day-to-day running of a state-of-the-art facility.

As Facilities Shift Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee shift operations to ensure uninterrupted service across power, cooling, and security systems.


• Manage and motivate facilities teams and contractors, ensuring planned preventative maintenance is delivered on time and to the highest standard.


• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and scenario drills to maintain operational excellence.


• Review and create operational procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs) and drive continuous improvement.


• Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders on operational matters.

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience managing operations in a data centre or other critical environment.


• In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.


• Previous supervisory or shift management experience in facilities operations.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.


• Engineering qualifications (electrical or mechanical) are beneficial.
