Senior Solution Engineer – Core Network (4G/5G) - contract position

About the Role

We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced Senior Solution Engineers with strong expertise in Core Network solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced core network nodes, including HSS/HLR, within large-scale telecom environments.

You will work closely with customers and internal delivery teams to implement robust, secure, and scalable 4G/5G core network solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement core network elements for telecom solutions


• Perform project deployments, system integrations, and end-to-end testing


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the deployment phase


• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including:


• LLD (Low-Level Design)


• CIQ (Customer Information Questionnaire)


• DND (Detailed Network Design)


• ATP (Acceptance Test Plan)


• MOP (Method of Procedure)


• Manage testing, validation, and customer acceptance activities


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer engagements

Technical Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in software-based telecom solution development and/or system integration


• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and databases:


• Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL


• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and key telecom protocols:


• Diameter, HTTP/2, SIP, SOAP-XML, SNMP


• Cloud and virtualization experience:


• VNF / CNF architectures


• Platforms such as VMware, OpenStack


• Exposure to products like CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM (or similar)


• Profound knowledge of HSS/HLR is mandatory


• Hands-on experience with Cloud Native Core Nodes (HSS/HLR) (mandatory)


• Experience in application integration projects, particularly in multi-domain and complex environments


• Ability to create clear, accurate, and detailed technical documentation


• Familiarity with automation tools for configuration generation (preferred)


• Hands-on experience with Cloud Native Databases (preferred)
