Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Solution Architect to join our customer project. This will be a 3 month rolling contract, hybrid based with some travel to office in Berkshire.

In this position you will lead the design and delivery of AI and GenAI use cases across Networks and Customer Experience (CX) domains. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution—playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent operations and digital engagement.

You will drive end-to-end solution ownership, from ideation and PoC to full-scale deployment, working closely with third-party suppliers, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Ownership: Design, architect, and lead end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI use cases in networks and CX


• Product Lifecycle Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of each use case, from initial discovery and PoC to MVP development, pilot rollout, and enterprise-wide implementation


• Third-Party Collaboration: Engage and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and platform providers to co-develop AI-powered products and accelerators


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Big Data, Security & Privacy, Digital, and Business Unit teams to ensure integration, compliance, and delivery readiness


• Technology Leadership: Evaluate and leverage modern AI/GenAI capabilities including LLMs, RAG pipelines, MLOps, and cloud-native tooling


• Governance and Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise governance, responsible AI principles, data protection regulations, and security best practices


• Value Realization: Work with business stakeholders to define success criteria, monitor impact, and ensure measurable value is delivered at each stage of implementation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on AI/ML or GenAI or Geo-Int implementations across complex environments


• Hands-on experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions in networks, telecommunications, or customer experience domains is strongly preferred


• Deep understanding of architecture patterns for LLMs, NLP, MLOps, RAG, APIs, and real-time data integration


• Strong background in working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks)


• Demonstrated ability to work across matrixed organizations and partner effectively with IT, security, and business stakeholders


• Experience collaborating with third-party tech providers and managing outsourced solution development


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field


• Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure Certified Architect), AI/ML, or TOGAF are a plus


• Familiarity with telco architecture, OSS/BSS systems, or geospatial analytics is an advantage
