Senior Sales Manager
The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling infrastructure solutions such as SAN, HBA, NIC, and related services to enterprise customers. This role requires strong direct customer engagement, even when fulfillment is completed through OEM or SI partners. Success depends on managing a healthy sales pipeline, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and demonstrating strong negotiation and closing capabilities. The position also demands cross-functional collaboration, market insight, and the ability to understand customer needs to deliver high-value solutions. The ideal candidate excels in communication, strategic account development, and managing multiple priorities with precision.
Responsibilities
- Manage a robust pipeline to support long-term business growth.
- Develop and achieve annual and quarterly revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and OEM partners.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate across internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Analyze customer and market data to understand buying behavior.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments.
- Resolve customer issues and improve internal processes.
- Monitor emerging trends to anticipate customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of customer-facing B2B sales experience, ideally in IT infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales/Renewals Manager.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and value-based selling.
- Experience delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business English communication skills.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
