Role Summary
The Manager – Sales will own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts while driving new revenue through consultative solution selling. You will manage the full sales cycle from pipeline build and stakeholder engagement to proposal leadership and deal closure working closely with internal delivery, marketing, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned strategic/key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Identify and convert opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across the company’s solution portfolio.
Partner with Marketing to support client onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement programs.
Position solutions based on customer business goals, pain points, and measurable outcomes (value-based selling).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, customer success, product, pre-sales) to ensure a strong customer experience and successful solution positioning.
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle with strong pipeline governance, forecasting, and reporting discipline.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations to drive closure.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Strong capability in enterprise IT solution selling (consultative / outcomes-led sales).
8+ years of experience in IT solutions / services sales.
3+ years in a managerial or team-lead capacity with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
3+ years of experience selling SAP S/4HANA solutions and Microsoft solutions (e.g., Azure, Modern Workplace, Dynamics, Security)—particularly across enterprise customers in the UAE.
Strong account management, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
Proven ability to manage complex deal cycles, multi-decision-maker environments, and structured procurement processes.
Solid commercial acumen: pricing, margin awareness, negotiation, and contract fundamentals.
Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams to shape solutions and win business.
