Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales (Hunter)

Role Overview



This role is suited for a high-impact sales professional experienced in driving new business growth within enterprise markets. The Senior Manager will focus on securing new accounts, developing long-term commercial strategies, and expanding relationships across key industries. The position requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of digital transformation solutions, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.





Key Responsibilities



New Business Development




  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities across assigned territories.

  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs analysis to solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Build a long-range sales strategy, including territory planning, pipeline forecasting, and partner engagement.



Account & Opportunity Management




  • Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and propose relevant technology solutions.

  • Manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational functions.

  • Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure opportunities align with strategic and financial objectives.



Commercial Strategy & Market Insight




  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements to inform strategic planning.

  • Contribute insights that shape positioning, pricing strategies, and solution development.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving capability, adapting methods and approaches to meet evolving customer needs.



Cross-Functional Collaboration




  • Work closely with internal technical, product, and delivery teams to build tailored proposals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Influence and coordinate cross-organizational stakeholders to support bid responses, solution designs, and customer engagements.

  • Provide guidance for small project groups when required.





Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10–12 years of enterprise sales experience in technology, telecommunications, or digital solutions.

  • Proven success selling digital transformation offerings such as network services, cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, or unified communications.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior executives.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience navigating dynamic or emerging markets.
