An established global technology services provider is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to drive growth across cloud communications, contact center, and collaboration solutions within the enterprise market in KSA.



This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to build strategic customer relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and position complex, solution-led offerings to large enterprise and regulated clients. You’ll be at the forefront of helping organizations modernize customer engagement and internal collaboration capabilities using cutting-edge cloud technologies.





Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud-based contact center and collaboration solutions within the assigned region.

  • Identify and grow high-value enterprise accounts, building long-term strategic relationships.

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges and translate them into tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams during solution design and client discussions.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving opportunities through to closure.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams across solutions, delivery, commercial, and legal.

  • Provide market and customer insights to internal stakeholders to support solution development and positioning.





Key Requirements




  • 8–12 years’ experience selling CCaaS, UCaaS, or cloud-based collaboration solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Proven background in enterprise solution sales within telecoms, cloud, software, or managed services environments.

  • Strong understanding of subscription-based and managed services sales models.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers (CIO, CTO, Head of CX, IT leadership).

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and presentation ability.

  • Experience selling into large enterprises or regulated industries within the UAE, KSA, or wider region.
