Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Network Prototyping to design and develop early product prototypes for advanced networking and communication systems. This role focuses on combining strong programming skills with deep networking knowledge to build proof-of-concept solutions, validate new ideas, and support the development of next-generation secure communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop early-stage networking prototypes based on product and customer requirements.


• Develop and implement networking features using C/C++ and Python.


• Experiment with new algorithms, protocols, and system designs to improve performance and functionality.


• Work with cross-functional engineering teams to validate and refine prototype solutions.


• Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept implementations for internal stakeholders and product teams.


• Analyze system behavior under different network conditions and optimize solutions accordingly.


• Document prototype architectures, findings, and technical improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in networking software development or communication systems engineering.


• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.


• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and QoS.


• Experience developing or enhancing networking features or communication protocols.


• Experience working in Linux-based development environments.


• Hands-on experience with prototyping, R&D activities, or proof-of-concept development.


• Strong analytical thinking and ability to design and improve technical solutions.
