Senior ELV Engineer – Smart infrastructure Design & Site Delivery

Are you ready to engineer the intelligence behind modern infrastructure? Our client — a regional leader in data center and smart building design — is seeking a Senior ELV Engineer to lead the end-to-end delivery of Extra Low Voltage systems across complex, high-impact projects.

As a key member of the DCES Design team, you will:

• Drive the design, coordination, and implementation of ELV systems including Access Control, CCTV, Public Address, Digital Signage, License Plate Recognition, and Car Park Management.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and technology vendors to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems across smart buildings and data center environments.
• Lead site surveys, system assessments, and testing & commissioning activities to ensure compliance with international standards and client specifications.
• Manage project documentation, supervise installations, and oversee subcontractor performance to meet quality, budget, and timeline targets.
• Ensure all work aligns with ISO27001, ISO27017, and ISO27018 standards, and adheres to internal policies and quality frameworks.

What we’re looking for:

• Candidates must be currently residing in-country with a transferrable Iqama.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in ELV system design, supervision, and construction management.
• Proven expertise across the full project lifecycle — from concept design to commissioning and handover.
• Strong command of ELV technologies and platforms (CCTV, ACS, PA, BMS, etc.).
• Proficiency in design and calculation tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, Visio).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to engage clients and resolve conflicts.
• Certifications such as PMP, BICSI RCDD, KNX, CCNA, or manufacturer-specific ELV credentials are highly desirable.
