Senior Client Services Manager (Aviation / Luxury Services)

What You’ll Do




  • Lead end-to-end client lifecycle management—from onboarding through renewal—ensuring a seamless and premium experience

  • Build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients, acting as their key advisor and primary point of contact

  • Deliver service excellence by proactively resolving inquiries, managing requests, and maintaining high satisfaction levels

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through value-added services and tailored solutions

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, flight support, and other teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

  • Oversee onboarding, contract execution, and compliance with internal processes

  • Manage financial aspects including forecasting, reporting, expense validation, and supporting collections/risk mitigation efforts

  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing best practices and enhancing client programs

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of client service professionals

  • Prepare client reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making



What You Bring




  • 10–15 years of experience in client services or account management, ideally within aviation, luxury services, or high-touch industries 

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing complex client relationships and financial oversight 

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide high-performing teams 

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities

  • High attention to detail, organization, and accountability in a fast-moving environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; knowledge of corporate aviation or technical/operational exposure is advantageous 

  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to evolving client needs and schedules
