As Senior Bid Manager, you will support the overall opportunity management process for both the Latin America and North America regions. The role manages the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are high quality, compliant, and on time, as well as developing strategic sales frameworks.
Your tasks
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions in alignment with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
- Develop competitive bid strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Business Lines, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks, working alongside Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance.
- Manage pricing and calculation processes to ensure market competitiveness and financial sustainability.
- Drive process improvements, standardize templates, and maintain bid documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Support the approval process and facilitate internal/external reviews.
- Align closely with internal departments to ensure strategic coherence and deliver tailored sales strategies for regional markets.
Your qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in bid management, sales excellence, or inside sales (Experience in telecommunication).
- Experience in multiple of the aforementioned functions is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have worked in an international environment and possess intercultural competence.
- University degree in e.g. Business, Communication, Economics or equivalent is a plus.
- Result and priority oriented, with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional organizational and/or project management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex sales challenges.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce (CPQ) preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Portuguese or any other languages are an advantage.
