SAP Project Management - Cutover Lead

A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to support a major SAP transformation program.

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end cutover planning, governance, deployment readiness, and go-live coordination across SAP S/4HANA and connected business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end SAP Cutover Strategy.


• Establish cutover governance, milestones, readiness controls, and production entry criteria.


• Translate program delivery plans into integrated deployment schedules.


• Manage environment planning and lifecycle management activities.


• Coordinate dependencies across SAP and non-SAP systems.


• Lead go-live readiness assessments and deployment activities.


• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.


• Collaborate with business, technical, and program stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Program or Project Management.


• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.


• Proven experience leading SAP Cutover and Go-Live activities.


• Expertise in deployment planning, migration activities, and environment management.


• Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.


• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
